We will be happy to take care of any rentals you may need.

Elegant touches can be adjusted into your package at additional costs:

Waitstaff (REQUIRED AT ADDITIONAL COST- NUMBER OF STAFF DEPENDANT ON HEADCOUNT)

We will provide the appropriate number of servers, bartenders, and chefs to properly facilitate your event. They will be responsible for set up, service, and clean up. Their fee is based on the time they arrive on site until completion of clean up.

(Note: if travel time to location exceeds 45 minutes (one way) the additional time will be added to the overall service time)

Ice Sculptures

Enhance the beauty of your wedding with a creative ice sculpture display surrounded by fresh shrimp cocktail.

Carving Stations

Carving stations can be added to your package for additional flair and excitement.

Cocktail Hour

Give your guests a chance to mingle and secure their appetite by choosing four of many trays that can be added to your package for an hour of passed hors d’oeuvres.

Your buffet will begin with assorted Italian bread served in a traditional basket.

Fee/Deposit

In order to hold an event date, we ask that you send a non-refundable deposit of $200. We will only hold a date once a deposit has been received. 15% is due at contract signing. Final Payment two weeks before the event takes place.

Cancellation Policy

Should it become necessary to cancel your event, you must do so one month prior to the event or you will be responsible for payment in full. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

6.25% SALES TAX will be added to your bill.

(Any overtime for scheduled waitstaff will be subject to $250.00 per hour extra charge)
