We would like to commend your company for the outstanding food and service provided for our Fourth Annual Project GRAD New ark Recognition Awards held December 6, 2002. The awards ceremony was an elegant evening provided to acknowledge the outstanding service of our Newark Public Schools and Project GRAD Newark School teachers, principals, administrators and other school team leaders.
Not only did you provide outstanding food and service, but you went beyond the call to assist in our moving the event by one day from December 5 to December 6 due to a snowstorm and the closing of the City of Newark. We appreciate you working with us to transition to the new date. You took the stress out of the situation.
We look forward to working with you on future events. Please, should you have a potential client that requests a reference of services rendered, please have them contact me directly.

"Everything was perfect"

for the fabulous job you did for my son’s Baptism
Party. Everything was perfect. I knew I could count
on Custodi to provide fantastic fare. My guests
raved about the food – as usual. But I did not
expect such a gift (no other words can describe the
wait staff provided). They were be far the most
pleasant, professional, helpful and kind people we
could have asked for. Our party was a huge success
– thanks to you and your staff. For the first time
I was able to enjoy my guests and sit back and
relax because I knew that they were handling
everything in the kitchen. They even offered to mop
my kitchen floor. From now on I will use Custodi
for my catering needs.

"Presentation was wonderful"

would like to thank you for your terrific efforts
during my Banrock Station Winery function. The food
preparation and presentation was wonderful, not to
mention delicious. The guest tables were perfectly
arranged as was the display of the buffet table.
Your staff was most courteous and efficient in their execution.
