ADD EXTRA FLAIR AND ELEGANCE
TO YOUR AFFAIR!
Add extra flair and elegance to your affair with a buffet presentation.  A special table design will include: tables for the buffet, skirting for all of your food buffets (white or ivory), linens for all food buffets, formal buffet serving ware, floral (silk) centerpiece, fern, balloons or candelbrums, and a printed sashe (if wanted, inquire about house patterns).  There will also be a traveling fee for any parties 45 minutes to one hour or more.  This package is all inclusive.  Any special theme or multiple buffets will be charged accordingly.

All buffets will include a choice of colored linen for your buffet tables only.  Paper products
(all white) will include: plastic plates, forks, knives, salad bowls, and napkins, butter and all necessary condiments.

Early Morning and Dinner Buffets come with complete coffee setup includes: regular & decaf coffee, coffee cups, stirrers, milk, and sugar/Equal. Extra coffee or setups are available for an extra .50 per person.  Extra tea setups are available for additional .25 per person.

Please note:  On all hot and cold buffets, we give enough paper products for 1.5 place settings per guest.  Any extras will be charged .60 per setting.  Dessert plates, forks, and napkins will not be supplied unless we are supplying dessert. Salt and pepper is not included on any informal hot and cold buffet.  There is a $1.85 (filled) per set rental charged. Soda is available for 1.00 a can.  You may substitute your coffee setup for soda at a minimum charge.

Professional wait-staff is available for your convenience.  You must book wait-staff for a minimum of 4 hours at $25.00 per hour.  Please note that any parties 45 minutes to one hour away will be charged a traveling fee.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation of orders are only accepted up to four business days prior to your event.  You will be billed for anything cancelled after that cut-off date.
